ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new online program designed to help pregnant women manage their food cravings. During pregnancy, some women may experience strong cravings or even binge eating, which can lead to weight gain that is not healthy for them or their baby. The study aims to see if a single session of this self-guided program, which uses acceptance techniques, can help women better handle their cravings and reduce the chances of unhealthy eating behaviors.
To participate in this trial, women must be at least 18 years old, currently living in the United States, fluent in English, and in their second trimester of pregnancy while also experiencing food cravings. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but if you meet these criteria, you may have the opportunity to take part. Participants can expect to follow the online program on their own and learn strategies to deal with cravings, ultimately helping them have a healthier pregnancy.
