ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a specific exercise program can help people with forward head posture, a common issue where the head leans forward, causing neck pain and discomfort. The study will explore whether combining neck exercises with deep breathing techniques can improve pain, disability, and the ability to move the neck more freely. This could be beneficial for individuals who often experience neck pain that affects their daily activities.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 20 and 35 years old and have neck pain that may also involve your shoulders. However, there are some health conditions that would prevent you from joining, such as serious illnesses, recent neck injuries, or certain respiratory diseases. If you decide to participate, you will be part of a program that aims to help reduce your pain and improve your neck's movement through specific exercises. The trial is currently looking for volunteers, so if you or someone you know fits the criteria, it could be a great opportunity to find relief from neck issues.
