ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a specific type of training called Speed Endurance Production (SEP) affects soccer players' agility and overall performance. The researchers want to see if adding this training to regular practice helps players perform better on the field. The trial will involve 44 male soccer players aged between 15 and 30 who have been actively playing for at least six months. Participants will be randomly assigned to two groups: one will receive the SEP training along with their usual training, while the other group will stick to just the usual training.
If you or someone you know is a male soccer player within this age range and meets the activity requirements, they might be eligible to participate. Those with recent injuries or who are older than 30 will not be included in the study. Participants can expect to engage in regular training sessions, and their performance will be monitored throughout the trial. This research is being conducted at the Pakistan Cricket Board in Lahore and aims to improve training methods for soccer players.
