ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two types of training—high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and cluster training—to see how they affect speed, explosive strength, and overall performance in football players. High-intensity interval training involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by rest, while cluster training breaks exercises into smaller sets with short breaks in between. The goal is to find out which method helps players perform better on the field.
To participate in this study, you must be a male football player aged 18 to 30 with at least one year of experience in the sport. However, if you have a recent injury to your legs, balance issues, vision problems, or have had a concussion in the last six months, you would not be eligible. Participants can expect to engage in different training sessions and contribute to valuable research aimed at improving training methods for football players.
