ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new wearable device called the Neospot, which can monitor vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, and blood oxygen levels—all in one device. The goal is to understand how well the Neospot works for both patients and nurses in primary healthcare facilities in Kenya. Researchers want to see if nurses find it easy to use and how it affects their work, as well as how comfortable patients feel while being monitored with this device.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 70 years old, in stable health, and willing to give your consent. Unfortunately, if you are very ill and need emergency care, or if you have certain medical conditions that cause rapid changes in vital signs, you won't be eligible. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but once it begins, those involved will help test the Neospot and share their experiences, which could lead to better healthcare practices in the future.
