Proprioceptive Exercises Function Wrist Fracture

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how a special set of exercises, called proprioceptive training, can help people recover from wrist fractures. Proprioception is your body's ability to sense where your joints and limbs are without looking at them. The researchers want to see if adding these exercises to standard rehabilitation can reduce pain and improve the function and quality of life for participants who have healed from their wrist injury.

To participate, you must be an adult over 18 years old who has had a wrist fracture and is no longer in a cast or splint. You also need to agree to participate by signing an informed consent form. Participants will be divided into two groups: one will receive regular rehabilitation, while the other will get both regular rehab and the proprioceptive exercises. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to find out if these additional exercises can really make a difference in recovery after a wrist fracture.
