ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how assertiveness and emotion management issues affect people with Tourette Syndrome. The researchers want to find out how many individuals with Tourette's struggle with being assertive, which means confidently expressing their thoughts and needs. To do this, participants will fill out several online questionnaires about their assertiveness, the severity of their Tourette's symptoms, their quality of life, self-esteem, and any other mental health conditions they may have, like depression or anxiety.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome. Unfortunately, if you are under legal protection or unable to complete the questionnaires by yourself, you won’t be eligible to join. If you do take part, you can expect to share your experiences through these questionnaires, helping researchers gain valuable insights into the challenges faced by those living with Tourette's. This information could ultimately help improve support and treatment options for individuals with this condition.
