This clinical trial is exploring how changes in diet and nutritional support can improve the overall well-being of employees. The researchers want to see if better nutrition can positively affect people's mental and emotional health at work. The study will collect information from employees who are interested in making these dietary changes.
To participate, you should be between the ages of 65 and 74, or 22 and 64, and interested in improving your health through diet and nutrition. You’ll need to have a smartphone to help collect data for the study. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, involved in another study, or under court protection, you won't be eligible to join. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, so keep an eye out for more information if you're interested!

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Wishing to initiate dietetic and micro-nutritional management of their state of health
- • Having freely declared to the investigator that he/she does not object to his/her participation in the study the study and to the collection of data strictly necessary for the study, after having received informed oral and written information from the investigator
- • Have a smartphone compatible with the secure data collection application
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Pregnant or breast-feeding women
- • Participating in another study or in the exclusion period
- • Person under court protection
