ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how walking in different outdoor environments can affect stress levels in people with coronary artery disease (CAD), especially those who are sensitive to changes in weather. The researchers want to understand if the surroundings where people walk can influence their stress responses, which may help improve care and prevention strategies for heart health in the future.
To participate in this study, individuals must be at least 18 years old, have a diagnosis of CAD, and be part of a cardiac rehabilitation program. They should also be able to understand, speak, and read Lithuanian, and they must provide written consent to join. Participants can expect to engage in walking activities while their stress responses are monitored, giving valuable insights that could lead to better health outcomes for themselves and others with similar conditions.
