It's important to note that if you have already been drinking this tea regularly, you would not be eligible for the study.

- • willing to take Jing Si Herbal Drink
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • no willing to take Jing Si Herbal Drink;
- • Previously already take Jing Si Herbal Drink daily
