ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different treatments used to help manage bleeding during liver transplantation surgery. The goal is to find out whether using Prothrombin Complex Concentrate (PCC) or Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP) helps stop bleeding more quickly and effectively. This is important because controlling bleeding can improve the safety and success of liver transplant surgeries.
To participate in this trial, individuals must be adults aged between 18 and 65 years who have liver disease and are scheduled for a liver transplant. The study is currently not recruiting participants, but when it begins, those who qualify will receive one of the two treatments during their surgery. Throughout the trial, participants will be monitored to see how well each treatment works in managing bleeding. Your involvement could help improve future care for patients undergoing liver transplants!
