ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying two different training methods to see which one helps improve physical performance better. One method adjusts the training based on how ready the participant is each day, while the other method follows a fixed training plan without any changes. Participants will train for 8 weeks, and researchers will conduct tests before and after the training to measure improvements in fitness and muscle health.

To join the trial, participants should be between the ages of 18 and 62, have been running at least twice a week for the past six months, and be in good health without any chronic diseases. They also need to be comfortable using wearable devices like smartwatches. Throughout the study, participants can expect to engage in focused training and undergo various tests to track their progress. It's a great opportunity for those who are regular runners and want to enhance their performance while contributing to valuable research.
