**Study Summary: A Look at Body Image and Premenstrual Syndrome**
This clinical trial is exploring how body image relates to physical activity, weight, and sleep quality in women aged 18 to 45 who have regular menstrual cycles. Researchers want to find out if being active and maintaining a healthy weight can improve how women feel about their bodies, and if these feelings change during the time leading up to their menstrual periods.
Women between the ages of 18 and 45 who have regular periods can participate in this study. Those who are pregnant or have certain health conditions like not having periods at all are not eligible. Participants will fill out an online questionnaire that asks about their physical activity, sleep quality, and how they view their body. This study is currently looking for volunteers, and it aims to gather important information that could help improve the understanding of body image issues in women. If you’re interested in participating or want to learn more, please reach out!
