ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on creating a detailed 3D model of the thyroid gland to help patients better understand their thyroid health. The goal is to use this model for patient education, giving individuals a clearer picture of what their thyroid looks like and how certain procedures, like a fine needle aspiration (a way to test thyroid nodules), are performed. By participating, patients will gain valuable insights into their own thyroid conditions.
To be eligible for this study, participants should have a thyroid nodule that requires a fine needle aspiration, and they should not have had this procedure done before. The trial is currently not recruiting participants, but it will include individuals aged between 18 and 80, regardless of gender. Those who join can expect to learn more about their thyroid and receive support during the educational process. It's an opportunity to feel more informed and involved in their care.
