ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how different types of diets can affect overall health in healthy adults. The researchers want to see how these diets influence things like gut health, immune responses, and even thinking skills. If you’re between the ages of 65 and 74, have a healthy weight (a Body Mass Index or BMI between 18.5 and 24.9), and do not have certain health issues like chronic diseases or recent infections, you might be eligible to participate.
If you join the study, you will follow a specific dietary pattern for a set period. The goal is to understand how these patterns might improve your health. It's important to note that participants should not smoke, consume high amounts of alcohol, or have certain food restrictions like being vegetarian or vegan. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, so if you fit the criteria and are interested, it might be a great opportunity to contribute to important research on diet and health!
