ClinConnect Summary

**Trial Summary: Evaluation of NewSpringForMe for Bone Marrow Transplant Patients**

This clinical trial is studying a new digital support tool called NewSpringForMe, designed to help patients undergoing bone marrow transplants for blood-related diseases. The goal of this tool is to improve the quality of life for these patients by providing personalized support in areas like mental health, nutrition, and physical activity. The trial will evaluate how effective NewSpringForMe is in helping patients feel better and recover successfully after their transplant.

To participate in this study, individuals must be at least 18 years old and be receiving their first bone marrow or stem cell transplant at St-Louis Hospital. They also need to be able to use a digital platform and understand the study's purpose. Participants will receive tailored recommendations and tools through NewSpringForMe, which will be integrated into their medical care from the beginning of their treatment and for years afterward. By taking part in this trial, patients will help researchers understand how comprehensive support can enhance healing and reduce complications after a transplant.
