ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two different methods for a dental procedure called pulpectomy, which is used to treat primary molars (the back teeth in children) that have severe decay or infection. The trial will compare a newer technique using a special rotary file tool (Group A) to the traditional method using manual hand files (Group B). The goal is to see which method works better in terms of success rates, meaning how well the treatment helps the tooth heal.
To be eligible for this study, children must have specific conditions: their primary molars should have deep cavities with irreversible pulpitis (a painful infection), but they should not have certain issues like root damage or very bad tooth conditions. Participants can expect to have their teeth treated in one visit, and the doctors will check on their progress afterward to see how well the treatments worked. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, so families will need to wait for further announcements if they are interested.
