ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial, called "INtensity of OVarian Stimulation and Euploid Embryos," is looking at how different levels of ovarian stimulation might affect fertility in women of advanced age. Specifically, it compares a milder approach to a more intense one to see if either affects the number of healthy embryos produced during a process called preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A). This study is currently recruiting women between the ages of 38 and 43 who are struggling with infertility and are considering in vitro fertilization (IVF).

To participate, women should have certain hormone levels (AMH) that fall within a specific range, be within a healthy weight range, and not have certain medical conditions that could interfere with the trial. Participants can expect to undergo IVF while following the study's protocols, and they will be closely monitored throughout the process. This research aims to provide valuable insights into the best practices for fertility treatments in older women, ultimately helping to improve their chances of having healthy embryos.
