ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to help adults prevent insomnia, which is a common sleep problem affecting many people in Hong Kong. Researchers want to see if a digital program that provides tailored support based on how severe a person's sleep issues are can help improve sleep and stop insomnia from developing, especially among adults with mild symptoms. The trial will take place in 18 different districts in Hong Kong, where participants will receive help in steps over a period of time.
To be eligible for this study, you need to be a Chinese adult between 18 and 70 years old and have a mild level of insomnia, as indicated by a score of less than 10 on the Insomnia Severity Index. Unfortunately, those with serious mental health conditions or certain neurodegenerative diseases cannot participate. If you join, you can expect to engage with a digital platform designed to improve your sleep, and you’ll be part of an important effort to learn how to prevent insomnia in adults.
