ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how psychological factors, like anxiety and motivation, affect recovery after surgery for an ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) tear. Researchers want to understand how these mental aspects influence both how patients feel about their recovery and how well they can function physically after the surgery. The study is open to anyone aged 18 and older who has suffered an ACL tear and does not have any other serious knee issues.
If you decide to participate, you'll be asked to share your thoughts and feelings about your recovery throughout the process, which will help researchers learn more about the importance of mental health in healing. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and it aims to include people of all genders. This research could lead to better support and treatment options for patients recovering from ACL injuries in the future.
