ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how different types of therapists affect the activation of certain abdominal muscles during a specific treatment called Vojta therapy. The study will compare the results of sessions led by expert therapists—those trained specifically in this therapy—against sessions led by therapists who do not have this specialized training. Researchers want to see if there are noticeable differences in how well the abdominal muscles, particularly the external and internal oblique muscles, respond to the therapy.
To participate in this trial, you need to be at least 18 years old and in good mental health. However, if you have any nerve or muscle conditions that affect your abdominal muscles, have had surgery in that area, or have any chronic health issues that might interfere with the results, you won't be eligible. Participants can expect to take part in a therapy session and will be monitored to see how their muscles react. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into how therapy effectiveness may vary depending on the therapist's expertise.
