ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how effective different treatments for COVID-19 are in Veterans who have mild to moderate symptoms. Researchers want to understand how these treatments are used over time and across different locations, especially as new variants of the virus appear. They are also interested in comparing the health characteristics of Veterans who receive these treatments to those who do not. In the first phase of the study, they will gather important information that will help shape a second phase, where they will directly compare the effectiveness of various treatments and vaccines for COVID-19 and other respiratory infections like RSV and influenza.

To participate in this trial, you need to be a Veteran aged 18 or older who has tested positive for COVID-19 at any point since January 2020. If you join, you can expect to provide some health information and possibly receive new insights into how COVID-19 treatments are working. This study is currently recruiting participants and aims to understand better how to help Veterans dealing with COVID-19 and similar illnesses.
