ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to help patients with heart failure—specifically, those experiencing acute decompensated heart failure—by using a mobile education system. The goal is to provide ongoing education and support through a popular messaging app called "Line." This system aims to help patients better understand their condition, improve their self-care skills, and enhance their quality of life over a period of three months, both during their hospital stay and after they go home. Researchers believe that by using this mobile platform, they can provide personalized education more effectively while also reducing the workload for nurses.
To participate in this trial, you need to be at least 20 years old, diagnosed with heart failure, and able to communicate in Chinese or Taiwanese. Patients who are bedridden, have severe mental health issues, or do not use smartphones or the internet cannot take part. If you join the study, you can expect to receive valuable information and support tailored to your needs, helping you manage your heart failure better. This could lead to improved health outcomes and a better overall experience living with this condition.
