ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying advanced MRI techniques to better understand degenerative spine disease, which causes pain and other issues in the spine. The main goals are to see if we can look closely at the condition of compressed nerve roots, identify changes in images that show the disease, and understand how these changes develop over time with treatment. This research could help improve how we diagnose and treat spinal problems.
To participate in this trial, individuals must be between 50 and 85 years old, have been diagnosed with a spinal disease for at least three months, and be able to provide informed consent. Participants should be fluent in Portuguese. Those who have had previous spine surgery, have unstable spines, or have certain neurological or cognitive conditions that affect walking are not eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to undergo MRI scans and other assessments to help researchers learn more about degenerative spine disease and its effects.
