ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how weight management can help overweight and obese women with endometrial cancer who want to preserve their fertility. Participants in the study are split into two groups: one group receives a weight management program, while the other group receives standard care without any special weight management support. Researchers will then look at various health markers and tumor outcomes to see if the weight management program is effective and safe for these patients.
To be eligible for this trial, women must be at least 18 years old, have been diagnosed with endometrial cancer or a related condition, and have a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher, which means they are considered overweight or obese. Participants will need to provide informed consent and have a fertility-preserving treatment plan in place. However, those with serious health issues, pregnancy, or communication barriers cannot take part in the study. If you join this trial, you can expect to receive support for managing your weight while being monitored closely for your cancer treatment outcomes.
