To be eligible for this trial, participants should have acute intestinal blockages or hernias that are affecting their ability to pass food and waste. However, those with more complicated infections or who have had previous surgeries that involved removing part of the intestine won’t be able to participate. If you join the trial, you can expect to receive one of the different decompression techniques and to be monitored closely to see how well it works for you. Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • acute adhesive intestinal obstruction, including strangulation forms;
• • incarcerated ventral hernias, accompanied by impaired intestinal passage;
• • acute adhesive intestinal obstruction in the hernial sac;
• • obstruction of the small intestine lumen with gallstones and other foreign bodies.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • with peritonitis and other complicated surgical infection;
• • operations with intestinal resection;
• • patients after laparostomy
