Combined Use of Naldebain® ER Injection and Precedex® After VATS

This clinical trial is exploring how well two medications, Naldebain® ER Injection and Precedex®, work together to help manage pain and dizziness after a specific type of surgery called video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). The researchers want to find out if using these medications together can reduce pain and dizziness in patients after their surgery compared to those who receive a placebo (a treatment that doesn't contain active medication). Participants will receive a special nerve block to help with pain, along with the medications mentioned.

To be eligible for this trial, participants must be between 18 and 65 years old and generally healthy, meaning they cannot have serious heart, lung, liver, or kidney problems, among other health issues. They also should not have a history of chronic pain or allergies to the study medications. If you join, you can expect to receive care that includes monitoring your pain and dizziness levels after surgery. It’s important to note that this trial is not yet recruiting, so you would need to wait until it starts to participate.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • 1. Subject's age: 18\~65 years old
• 2. ASA classification: I\~III Exclusion Criteria:
• • 3. Patients who need postoperative pain relief due to thoracoscopic surgery
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • 1. The patient suffers from a communication disorder
• • 2. The patient has coagulopathy
• • 3. Sick with obvious heart, lung, liver or kidney disease
• • 4. The patient's body mass index is less than 18.5 or greater than 35
• • 5. Pregnant patients
• • 6. Patients who took opioids for more than three weeks before surgery
• • 7. Patients with contraindications to local anesthesia
• • 8. Patients with a history of chronic pain
• • 9. Patients with a history of drug allergy to Naldebain® ER Injection, COX2-inhibitor NSAIDs (such as parecoxib), or Precedex®
