ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new way to repair hypospadias, a condition where the urinary opening is not located at the tip of the penis. The study will use a technique called the Modified TIP (Snodgrass) method, but instead of using continuous stitches, it will use interrupted stitches. Researchers want to see if this new stitching method improves the results of the surgery.
The trial is open to males aged between 182 days and 4382 days who have midshaft, distal, or coronal hypospadias. If you or someone you know is interested in participating, you can expect to have surgery with this new technique and be monitored for how well it works. It's important to note that the trial is not yet recruiting participants, so there will be more information available soon for those who might be eligible.
