ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective a specific exercise program can be in treating Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS), a condition that affects posture and can cause neck and back pain. UCS happens when certain muscles in the upper body become tight while others become weak, leading to poor posture, discomfort, and difficulty with daily activities. The goal of the study is to see if exercises designed for UCS can help reduce pain, improve posture, and enhance quality of life for those affected.
To participate in this trial, you need to be between 30 and 50 years old and experience neck and back pain related to UCS. However, if you have had a serious neck injury, certain medical conditions, or other specific health issues, you won't be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to take part in an exercise program and help researchers learn more about how exercise can improve symptoms of UCS. This study is important because it aims to fill a gap in existing research about effective treatments for this common condition.
