ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the Cognitive Exercise Therapy Approach Biopsychosocial Questionnaire (BETY-BQ), is studying a new questionnaire designed to help understand and measure the impact of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) on patients. TMD can cause pain and discomfort in the jaw and face, and this study aims to see if the BETY-BQ can accurately assess related issues like depression, anxiety, physical symptoms, and overall quality of life. The researchers are looking for participants aged 18 and older who have been diagnosed with TMD.
If you choose to participate, you will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires about your health and well-being. The study is currently recruiting participants, and it’s important to note that individuals who have trouble filling out the questionnaires or are not willing to take part will not be eligible. Your involvement could help improve understanding and treatment of TMD for future patients.
