ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different training programs to help soccer players recover from hamstring strains, which are common injuries in sports. The trial will involve male football players aged 14 to 30 who have experienced hamstring strains or knee injuries that have affected their performance. Participants will be divided into two groups: one group will use a wobble board for four weeks to improve stability and balance, while the other group will engage in a multi-station training program that also lasts four weeks.
If you are a male soccer player within the specified age range and have had a hamstring or knee injury that impacted your strength, you may be eligible to participate. The study is currently recruiting participants, and all training will be supervised to ensure safety. It's important to know that individuals with pain in any part of their body or those who are children or older adults are not eligible for this study. This research aims to find out which training method is more effective in helping players recover and prevent future injuries.
