ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a tool called the Athlete Fear Avoidance Questionnaire (AFAQ) to see how well it works and how reliable it is when used in Turkish. The AFAQ helps understand how fear of pain might affect athletes recovering from injuries. High levels of fear can lead to longer recovery times and ongoing pain, so understanding this aspect can help create better rehabilitation plans, allowing athletes to return to their sport more quickly.
To participate in this trial, you need to be a licensed athlete who has been actively training for at least one year, training for at least 5 hours each week, and have been in the sport for at least 5 years. Unfortunately, if you have a history of visual, mental, or systemic diseases, you won't be eligible to join. If you do participate, you'll be helping researchers learn more about how fear of injury impacts recovery, which could lead to better support for athletes like you in the future.
