ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how different types of exercises can help people with "forward head posture," a common condition where the head is tilted forward, often due to poor posture. The researchers want to find out if doing postural exercises along with breathing exercises is more effective than just doing postural exercises alone.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 20 and 35 years old and have a specific measure of neck posture (CVA <49). However, if you have had surgery on your chest or spine, suffered a neck injury, or have ongoing pain or deformities in your spine or chest, you won't be eligible to join. If you do participate, you can expect to engage in a series of exercises designed to improve your posture and overall well-being. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, and it is open to both men and women.
