This clinical trial is looking at how a technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help new mothers who have given birth by cesarean section to successfully breastfeed and feel more confident in their ability to do so. The study is specifically for women who are having their first baby and are between the ages of 18 and 35. To participate, you need to have had a cesarean delivery and have had a healthy pregnancy without any major complications.

If you join the study, you’ll receive support using EFT, which involves tapping on certain points on your body while focusing on your feelings. Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Being between the ages of 18-35,
• • Primiparous and giving birth by cesarean section,
• • Having a spontaneous pregnancy,
• • Wound, scar, infection etc. in the tapping area. without conditions,
• • Women who do not have verbal communication problems
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Being outside the age range of 18-35
• • Has any problem that prevents communication,
• • Those who gave birth normally
• • Having had a high-risk pregnancy,
• • Women who want to leave the study
