ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a web-based application can help elderly people who need assistance with their daily activities. The study will involve two groups: one group will use the app to receive support and advice, while the other group will continue with regular care without the app. Researchers want to see if the app makes a difference in the daily lives of older adults and their caregivers.
To be part of this study, older adults need to be 55 years or older, live in the community, and need help with daily tasks. Caregivers who are tech-savvy and willing to use the app can also participate. However, those planning to move to a nursing home soon or with certain health issues will not be eligible. If you join this study, you can expect to use the app alongside your usual care, and the research team will follow up with you until the study is finished. Your participation could help improve care for many elderly individuals in the future!
