ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a special program designed to help mothers of children with special needs. The program aims to improve the well-being of these mothers by teaching them ways to reflect on their experiences and gain new insights. The researchers want to see if this psychoeducational program can help mothers feel more fulfilled and connected to themselves, which is sometimes called self-transcendence.
To take part in this study, mothers must have a child with special needs who is between the ages of 0 and 11. They should be willing to volunteer for the research and not have any cognitive disabilities that would make it hard for them to understand or communicate. Moms currently receiving psychiatric treatment or involved in other similar programs may not be eligible. If chosen for the study, participants can expect to learn helpful skills and strategies to support their emotional health over the course of the program.
