ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a special type of psychological support can help people with end-stage kidney disease who are on maintenance hemodialysis (a treatment that helps filter waste from the blood). The goal is to improve the quality of life for these patients and their caregivers by using two different psychological intervention strategies. This research is designed to help nurses provide better support in blood purification centers.
To be part of the study, patients must be at least 18 years old, have been receiving hemodialysis at the hospital for over three months, and volunteer to participate. Caregivers who help take care of these patients can also join if they are over 18 and are the main person providing care. However, individuals with serious mental health issues or significant health problems will not be eligible. Participants can expect to receive psychological support and guidance, which may help them feel better and manage their situation more effectively.
