ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special training program for breathing muscles can help childhood cancer survivors improve their breathing during exercise. The researchers want to see if this training can make a difference in how these individuals breathe when they are active. If you or someone you know has finished cancer treatment at least a year ago and is a survivor of any type of cancer (except for brain cancer), you might be eligible to participate in this study.
Participants will be involved in a training program focused on strengthening their breathing muscles. They will also be assessed on how well they can breathe during exercise. It's important to note that individuals with certain health issues, such as problems with the heart or lungs, or those who have had recent injuries, may not be able to join the trial. This study is currently recruiting participants, and it aims to help improve the health and quality of life for childhood cancer survivors.
