Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • diagnosis of systemic AL amyloidosis;
• • treatment-naïve;
• • age ≥18 years;
• • ability to understand and willingness to sign an informed consent;
• • planned follow-up at participating center.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • non-AL amyloidosis;
• • previous treatment for AL amyloidosis.
