ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the middle and inner ear, specifically looking at how it impacts ear pressure and hearing. Middle ear barotrauma can happen when there's a sudden change in pressure, which can affect your hearing. The researchers want to find out if using hyperbaric oxygen therapy can help improve ear pressure and hearing functions in participants before and after the treatment sessions.
To participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years old and have no history of middle ear diseases. If you join, you can expect to have your ear pressure and hearing tested before starting the therapy and again shortly after the first and tenth sessions. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to gather important information about how this therapy might help those with ear pressure issues.
