ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how health education and yoga can help women who are experiencing menopause symptoms. The goal is to see if these activities can improve their quality of life compared to just receiving regular care. The program will be led by a trained professional, and participants will be asked to answer questions about their symptoms and quality of life before and after joining the health education and yoga sessions.
To participate, women should be between 16 and 65 years old, have been in menopause for at least a year but no longer than five years, and experience menopause symptoms several times a week. It's important that they can also practice yoga without any physical limitations and understand Turkish. However, women who are taking hormone replacement therapy, have had surgical menopause, or have done yoga in the past are not eligible for this study. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help women manage their menopause symptoms better through education and yoga practices.
