ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new digital program called StartHjelp, designed to help adults with mental health issues before they begin therapy. The goal is to improve how patients feel about their treatment, increase their understanding of mental health, and help them engage more actively in their care. By providing information and support through this online program, the study hopes to reduce the long waiting times and low engagement often seen in mental health services.
To participate in this trial, you need to be over 18 years old, be placed on the waiting list for mental health treatment, and be able to understand Norwegian. Unfortunately, if you need immediate help for a mental health crisis, this study is not for you. If you join, you'll be sharing your experiences and feedback about the program, which could help improve mental health care for others in the future.
