ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how using a special video game system called Kinect, combined with aerobic exercise, can help improve the quality of life for older adults living in the community. The researchers believe that this approach will not only make exercise more enjoyable but also help participants become more consistent in their workouts. So far, results suggest that this method is more effective than traditional exercise training.

To join the study, participants need to be over 60 years old and able to walk independently for at least five minutes, even if they use a walking aid. They also need to meet certain criteria for health stability and should not have serious mental health issues or significant cognitive impairments. If eligible, participants can expect to engage in fun, interactive exercise sessions using the Kinect system, which could lead to better fitness and overall well-being.
