ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how high-intensity training can help improve movement and thinking abilities in people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), especially focusing on how fatigue affects these functions. Fatigue is a common issue for those with MS and can impact walking, balance, and cognitive skills, which are the abilities related to thinking and understanding. The researchers aim to see how fatigue affects these abilities during a walking test and whether high-intensity training can help improve them.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and diagnosed with MS that has been stable for the past three months. You should be able to stand without help for 30 seconds and understand the study's purpose. If you have had an MS relapse recently, have severe depression, or other serious health issues, you may not be eligible. If you join, you can expect to undergo some walking tests and participate in a training program designed to see if it helps reduce fatigue and improve your walking, balance, and cognitive skills. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it's an opportunity to contribute to research that could benefit others with MS.
