ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Sociological Study of the Life Courses of Young TRANSgender Patients," aims to explore the experiences and stories of transgender individuals and their families. As more people seek support related to their transgender identity, this study will gather insights through interviews and observations. Researchers will conduct non-directive interviews, which means they will listen to participants' life stories without leading the conversation, to understand the different practices and feelings surrounding their experiences.
To participate in this study, individuals must identify as transgender. Those who refuse to take part, or are under guardianship, won't be eligible. The researchers plan to conduct up to 20 interviews and observe interactions for about 80 hours. This trial is currently not recruiting participants, but once it begins, those involved can expect a respectful and supportive environment where they can share their personal journeys and contribute to a better understanding of transgender lives.
