ClinConnect Summary
The Digital Detection of Dementia (D Cubed) study is looking to improve how we diagnose Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias in primary care settings. This trial will test different tools to see which one helps doctors identify new cases of dementia more effectively. By focusing on practical methods, the study aims to make it easier for doctors to spot these conditions early.
To participate in this study, you need to be 65 years or older and have visited a primary care doctor in the past year. You should be able to understand and communicate in English or Spanish, and there must be health records available from the past three years. However, if you have already been diagnosed with dementia or mild cognitive impairment, or if you live in a nursing facility, you won't be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to contribute to important research that could help improve dementia diagnosis and care for others in the future.
