ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effect of a static magnetic field on how well dental implants bond with bone. Researchers want to see if using a magnetic field can improve the stability of dental implants, which are artificial tooth roots placed in the jawbone. This study is currently looking for participants who are between the ages of 65 and 74 and have a healthy area in their mouth where a tooth is missing.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must have a complete area in their mouth without any teeth (known as being edentulous) and must be in good health. However, people with uncontrolled chronic health conditions will not be able to join. If you participate, you can expect to be involved in a process that may help improve dental implant procedures in the future. It's also important to know that the study is still recruiting participants, so there is an opportunity to get involved.
