ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how eating mangoes might help improve the immune system and brain function in young adults, specifically college students aged 18 to 30. Researchers want to see if including mangoes in their diet can have positive effects on how well they think and how their bodies fight off illnesses.
To be eligible for the study, participants must be college students within that age range and should not have any allergies to mangoes. Those who regularly eat mangoes or similar fruits, take supplements for brain or immune health, have recently used antibiotics or steroids, or have ongoing health issues will not be able to join. If selected, participants can expect to be part of a study that could help understand the benefits of mangoes, but they should also be aware that the trial is not yet recruiting, meaning they will need to wait until it starts.
