ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial, called EVIDENS-Prim, is studying how to improve safety for patients in coordinated primary care teams in France, specifically in health centers known as Maisons de Santé Pluriprofessionnelles (MSPs). The goal is to better understand patient safety incidents that occur within these teams and how health professionals can manage and learn from these events. The researchers will use a special classification system to track these incidents and evaluate how professionals report and respond to them.

To be part of this study, MSPs must be located in the Pays de la Loire region, have been working with health insurance for at least a year, and agree to participate. They also need to have a quality representative. Health professionals like doctors, nurses, and other specialists who work in these MSPs can join if they agree to be part of the project. Participants can expect to help create a safer healthcare environment by sharing their experiences and contributing to a system that supports training and incident reporting. It's important to know that this trial is not yet recruiting participants, so there will be no immediate involvement for anyone interested right now.
