ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how the use of magnification tools and the experience of the dentist affect the success of a dental treatment called full pulpotomy in adult molar teeth. Full pulpotomy is a procedure used to treat irreversible pulpitis, a painful condition where the pulp inside the tooth becomes inflamed and infected. The researchers want to find out if using special magnifying equipment during the treatment helps improve the results and if a more experienced dentist can achieve better outcomes compared to less experienced ones.
To be eligible for this study, participants should be healthy adults aged between 18 and 80 who have been diagnosed with acute irreversible pulpitis in their upper or lower permanent molars, but do not have any severe complications like infections or gum disease. If you decide to join, you will receive the pulpotomy treatment on your affected tooth and will be asked to track your pain levels during the process. You'll also come back for follow-up visits so researchers can see how well the treatment worked. This trial aims to help improve dental care for patients with similar conditions in the future.
